"Dear John, I can't thank you enough for the wonderful move you gave me in August to Las Vegas, NV After you moved me in March of 206 from one place another ta Albq, IU had a pretty good idea that you would do the same good job and you exceeded my expectations! Working with you before the move was a piece of cake and I just had to be sure you all would follow through and you did. Your local people, especially Adam were good to talk to and I got the boxes and things I needed on time. The day of moving, which is often a day from hell went as well as it possibly could. The professionals Dave and Brian were do good and really knew what they were moving. They were nice and helpful to work with and we got packed fine in four hours. I talked to them that night from Kingman, and they assured me they would be there on time the next day. As a matter of fact they were early and my nephew and I were the ones who were late. Anyway they did a fabulous job of unloading in about three hours. They were helpful in y moving things around a bit, but always made me feel like the customer was right. It really went well and am down to 6 boxes to open but everything has arrived OK so far. Anyway thank you so much and please thank them for their good work. If you need a recommendation from a satisfied customer that you moved long distance, feel free to have a prospective customer five me a call. Thanks again."

"My daughter Jessica Bloom recently employed your company to pack, move and unpack all the belongings in her apartment when she went from one site of the apartment complex to another on April 8, 2009. Jessica has Myasthenia Gravis, a disease which weakens her muscles and affects her breathing. She cannot be placed under any stress, because if she rt her breathing become labored, and she experiences chest pains which can send her to the hospital. The movers you sent, Orlando, Russel and William we're kind and experts at what they do. They went the extra mile to make the move as pleasant as it could possible be. They packed and unpacked carefully; nothing was broken and they patiently placed things where Jessica wanted them in the new apartment. They were consistently cheerful and I wanted to write you to tell you that they did a wonderful job representing your firm. We would use you again without any hesitation, and we would be delighted if the same three men could work with us in any future move. Jessica was so relaxed when the move was over that we we're able to go out to a nice dinner."

"Just a quick note to let you know how grateful l am to have had to wonderful and professional movers help me through the last grueling move. I can't thank you enough for your courtesy and professionalism throughout the entire harrowing day. Moving is so stressful and you both helped me through a very difficult day. Steve I especially want to thank you for taking the time out or your busy Saturday moving to help me relocate that painting. I was so upset and heartbroken for what I thought was an deeply personal and valuable loss. As you know, the painting was located, my new landlord had forgotten to unload the painting from his truck. Once again I can't tell you how much your support and help meant to me. I was even surprised when I returned from previous residence to discover all my furniture was placed in the exact locations I would've wanted them placed. I never had to change a thing. "A bit of feedback as per Kelly's recommendation we called you and requested help with packing our household goods for moving. You sent Mitch out to Placitas to orchestrate the packing into an ABF Trailer. He was superb and easy to work with, and supervised my crew of muscles very well. Together they worked extremely hard and got the job done very effectively and efficiently. I talked with the dispatcher at ABF who congratulated me on the fine job of packing and the balance of the load front to back and side to side. It think he was a bit surprised 21,000 pounds were put into the trailer so well. Please pass my thanks on to Mitch. We still have one more phase to go in our move - which will occur after we sell the house. And we will call you again. Be well."
